  1. I was transported here from the Soompi forum on ‘Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms.’ It was a fortuitous occurence as I’ve enjoyed some recent C-dramas based on published novels or web-based stories, such as Love 020/Just One Smile…, Boss and Me, and always wondered whether English translations were available online.

I’ve a close affinity for East Asian dramas and and grew up watching HK-produced dramas and movies dubbed in English. Used to lived in HK for almost four years but unfortunately, my Chinese never progressed.

I really appreciate the efforts of fellow fans like you who take their fanaticism to a new level and enable the rest of us to enjoy them as well. You’ve got a fan here in Europe 🙂

  2. Thank you so much for translating! You guys do a fantastic and amazing job! Cheers!

  3. I loved Boss and me, you are my sunshine and Love 020. I appreciated the translation.

  8. Wow !!!!
This is totally a new world for me.
Although I’m an avid book reader I never had any experience with chinese novels. But recently I read three lives three worlds and I was completely enthralled by it. I’m so much grateful and thankful to you peole to take out time from your busy lives to translate these novels for us.
Although it is troublesome, can you please help me in selecting some good chinese novels with english translations. I’ve already read silent separation, come to eat shan shan and one smile is quite alluring. Mature contents doesn’t bother me. I’d love to hear from you !!!!
And thanks again for the awesome translations !!!

    • Glad that you like Chinese novels. A bit of self-promotion, all the translated novels on this blog are good 🙂

Then head to SSB, another of my blog to choose the genre that you like. It is rather hard to make meaningful recommendations since I don’t know your taste in books. Just read the synopsis & decide if you want to start reading that particular novel. Give all the novels a go & if you don’t like it, drop it. The world is your oyster, enjoy 🙂

  10. I sent a comment just now, waiting for you reply, but now, I don’t know where I post it. So I will write it here once more, just in case.

I am starting a paid-website to blog about the latest Chinese dramas, recaps, and stuffs like that. However, my Chinese language is at a minimum level, so it would be hard for to search for the latest news about those stuff. So, I’m hoping if you could work in collaboration with me please. I will pay for all the theme customisation of the website, yearly fee, domain name, etc. But can you help me please? Please reply,y ASAP. Thanks

    • Thanks for thinking so highly of me. I’ll decline your kind invitation because my interests do not lie in that direction and I also do not have the time to take on something like that.

  11. I love reading Chinese novels nowadays. Also the drama adaptation of every Chinese novel.
The English translation you made to the novels make me understand their culture and tradition.
    Keep it up Peanuts…
Wish you all the best and continue translating for us readers.

  12. Recently reading your blog has become part of my day. And its been the best stress buster. Thanks for all your translations. Keep it up..

  14. Hei guys! Nothing much to say except Thank You very much! Just recently got addicted to c novels. Luckily, i found your blog. At first, i wanted to read the physical book but our bookstore here in the Philippines dont carry it. Tried to look at amazon and price is fair but import tax is horrendous ( 40%)… so im thinking of going to hongkong in summertime and buy all the books i wanted there. (Hehehe) and thanks to SSB and peanut, i know the titles of the books i wanted to buy.. so… thank you again…
